Q. Why not I use phone for placing order for any restaurant in Delhi and NCR ?
A: No need to maintain files for menus, no need to search for menus to order food from restaurant, when you are hungry.
Q. What is the way of making payments for the food that is ordered?
A: The food which is ordered by you is directly delivered by the specific restaurant. You have to pay directly to the restaurant as it happens to any normal home delivery process.
Q. Will you accept payments by credit card?
A: No, we do not have any facility for this as of now.
Q. Do you take any orders in advance?
A: While ordering you can specify time and date for delivery, takeway or for dine at the restaurant, we take care of that
Q. Do you also take home delivery orders for Pizza Hut, mcdonalds, Nirulas, Pizza Corner, Dominoes or Subway in Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi?
A: As of now we are only doesn't have tie -ups for home delivery order for Pizza Hut, mcdonalds, Nirulas, Pizza Corner, Dominoes or Subway in Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi, but we are in processes of tieing up.
Q. Address used for placing orders? Can it be my office address?
A: Yes, we have option of mentioning two addresses when you register. You can mention one as office adress and the other from where you may also place order to any restaraunt.
Q. Any gauranteed time for delivery?
A: At www.hungryNcr.com we do not take any gaurantee or responsibility for the time of delivery. It is a responsibility of the restaurant for which you have placed the order.We request you to call us at 0124-4060000 or mail us at shalini@hungryNcr.com in case the order is delayed by more than 45-50mins.

Q. Can I cancel the order?
A: You may do it within 5 mins of you placing the order. In case the restaurant has not processed the order, we would try to get the the order cancelled. Please call us at 0124-4060000 and check the status of your order.

A: We would keepit very confidential for our internal use only that too for order processing.
Q. Why can't I find my restaurant in my area...
A: If you don't find restaurant in our list. We would request you to kindly mail us the name and location of the restaurant, wo that we may tie-up with the retaurant.
